Lemon balm promotes mental well-being and normal mood.
Taking 1 mg of Melatonin contributes to a reduction in the time required to fall asleep.

Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root e.s. titrated to 0.42% valerenic acid, Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaf e.s. titrated to 2% rosmarinic acid, Melatonin.

Taking 1 tablet daily, just before bedtime, is recommended.
