2.3.1 – Purpose: to respond to the request for re-contact sent through the forms CONTACT US/PROPOSE YOUR CANDIDACY .

3 Data RetentionPeriod:

Data are processed for the duration of the management and response to the request and also thereafter, for contractual needs, as a result of fulfillment of legal obligations and, for effective management of financial, commercial, labor relations. The same will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill tax obligations as required by national legislation.

Regarding curricula vitae, voluntarily attached , the same will be kept together with employment documents or contracts regulating collaborative relationships. In the event that the candidate is not currently of interest to the company , the personal presentation document will be deleted.
