MIODEC is a food supplement containing Boswellia, Griffonia, Magnesium and Coenzyme Q10.
Boswellia extract is useful for combating localised states of tension.
Griffonia extract helps to achieve a state of relaxation.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.

Magnesium gluconate, Bulking agent: maize maltodextrin; Magnesium bisglycinate, Acidulant: citric acid anhydrous; Flavouring; Boswellia (Boswellia serrata Roxb.) gum resin d.e. titrated at 35% total boswellic acids, Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill, corn maltodextrin) seed d.e. titrated at 25% in 5-HTP, Anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; Ubichinol (gum arabic, dextrin, L-ascorbic acid, soy lecithin), Sweetener: sucralose; Colouring: E102 may adversely affect activity and attention in children.

It is recommended to take 1 or 2 sachets per day to be dispersed in a glass of water (150 ml).
